- I am still having problems registering, what should I do?
- Please call us at (905) 940-8886 or via email to microcon@ipacanada.com. Hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You may also contact us after hours at (416) 410- 7402.
- What happens after I register? When do I have to pay for the event?
- Once you register, we will reserve a place for you and send an acknowledgement. This will be followed by an official confirmation letter and invoice being sent to you nearer the program's date.
- Do I need to make my own hotel reservation?
- Yes: the hotel information is provided on our website and in the brochure for the event. We advise our registrants to book their hotel and any other travel arrangements after the official confirmation letter has been received.
IPA has prearranged a special room rate for attendees. We advise our registrants to contact the hotel directly and mention IPA to receive a discounted rate.

- What if I have to cancel my registration?
- All cancellations are subject to a USD $150.00/person processing fee. To receive cancellation credits for attendance at an upcoming course, IPA must be notified of the cancellation in writing (by email, mail or fax) up to 3 weeks prior to the program start date. Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to the event will be charged the full registration fee. Substitution of delegate with the member of the same organization is permitted at any time with no penalty. For full details see the pricing and registration section.
