Tasha Delaney, brings more than sixteen years
of business performance improvement experience
working with customers in the pharmaceutical,
chemical, pulp and paper, food, power generating,
technology, and not-for-profit industries.
More specifically in the pharmaceutical industry,
Tasha has consulted with organizations such
as, Astra Merck Inc., Astra Pharmaceuticals,
AstraZeneca, Berlex, Centocor, Global Biologics
Supply Company, Bristol Myers Squibb and others.
Tasha helps her clients achieve greater business
results by working more efficiently and maximizing
the skills, experience and strengths of people.
Her consulting solutions result in increased
productivity, greater skill development, enhanced
morale, improved communication, increased team
and leadership effectiveness.
In addition to her consulting experience, Tasha
was the 2006 Recipient of the Elliot B. Jones
service award for the Western Chester County
Chamber of Commerce, as well as Kutztown University’s
SBDC 2002 Service Award. She has been a speaker
at the National American Society for Training
and Development, Center for Business Intelligence
Pharmaceutical Contact Center, National Association
of Women Business Owners, and the Healthcare
Businesswomen’s Association. Tasha serves as
past-president on the Board of the Western Chester
County Chamber of Commerce. She is past-president
of the Great Valley Chapter of the International
Society for Performance Improvement where she
received “Special Recognition” and “Outstanding
Member” awards.
Tasha’s educational background is in training
and organizational design and human resources.
Her professional training has included Information
Mapping, Lessons in Leadership, Myers Briggs
Indicator, the Disney Institute’s Customer Service
excellence program, E-learning, etc.
Ms. Tammy M. Loudon

Performance Impact
Tammy M. Loudon is a performance enhancement
consultant with over twenty-two years of experience
in organizational, team, and workforce development.
Specializing in developing “high performing
cultures”, she has collaborated with leadership
and their workforces in the pharmaceutical,
paper, power, healthcare, and training industries.
By targeting specific performance needs, she
is able to design, develop, and implement customized
solutions that statistically increase performance.
The customized solutions range from staff and
stakeholder surveys, to visioning activities,
to the development of strategic development
plans, engagement strategies, organizational
communication strategies, training and development
systems, selection processes, and rewards and
recognition programs.
Most recently, Tammy has worked with the following
pharmaceuticals: Astra Merck Inc., AstraZeneca,
Aventis Pasteur, Sanofi Pasteur, and Berlex.
She has supported the following functional areas;
Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory
Affairs, Scientific Affairs, Finance, Information
Systems, and Human Resources.
Tammy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational
Industrial Training from the Pennsylvania State
University, has completed several Graduate courses
at Lehigh University, is a certified Executive
Coach and is qualified to administrator the
Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.

or fax) up to 4 weeks before the program start
date, after which cancellations are not accepted

processing fee. Substitution of delegate/s with
the member/s of the same organization is permitted
at any time. IPA reserves the right to postpone
an event, prior to which time all the registered
attendees will be notified a minimum of 2 weeks
in advance. IPA shall not be responsible for any
