Tasha Delaney, brings more than sixteen years of business performance improvement experience working with customers in the pharmaceutical, chemical, pulp and paper, food, power generating, technology, and not-for-profit industries.
More specifically in the pharmaceutical industry, Tasha has consulted with organizations such as, Astra Merck Inc., Astra Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, Berlex, Centocor, Global Biologics Supply Company, Bristol Myers Squibb and others. Tasha helps her clients achieve greater business results by working more efficiently and maximizing the skills, experience and strengths of people. Her consulting solutions result in increased productivity, greater skill development, enhanced morale, improved communication, increased team and leadership effectiveness.
In addition to her consulting experience, Tasha was the 2006 Recipient of the Elliot B. Jones service award for the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce, as well as Kutztown University’s SBDC 2002 Service Award. She has been a speaker at the National American Society for Training and Development, Center for Business Intelligence Pharmaceutical Contact Center, National Association of Women Business Owners, and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Tasha serves as past-president on the Board of the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce. She is past-president of the Great Valley Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement where she received “Special Recognition” and “Outstanding Member” awards.
Tasha’s educational background is in training and organizational design and human resources. Her professional training has included Information Mapping, Lessons in Leadership, Myers Briggs Indicator, the Disney Institute’s Customer Service excellence program, E-learning, etc.

Mr. Beauchamp delivers strategic planning, organizational development, change management, and professional development services across a variety of industry settings with special focus on healthcare. Working with senior leadership, He helps companies define their strategic plans and align their organizations around those plans to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
With over 20 years of experience delivering organizational development solutions in the healthcare industry. Mr. Beauchamp works regularly with executives and senior managers to facilitate strategic planning initiatives and lead change efforts that achieve key objectives and sustain targeted changes. His experience allows him to help customers address and integrate the People and Process components of turning strategy into sustained results.
