This series of webinar provides a structural, holistic and distinct perfective and analysis on cold chain management. It attempt to revisit and challenge many fundamentals and assumptions that have been used by many industries (from both the manufacturer/shipper and the logistics/packing service providers), so that the chain could process be scientifically management from end to end. Many real and practical examples will be shared to illustrate and support the arguments.
The webinar consists of 5 modules which covers various aspects from basics, best-practices to cold chain management re-engineering that improve cold chain performance. It is recommended for the following industries and attendants:

Sherman is a pioneer in the technology development and implementation of integrated supply chain and cold chain management and achieved many break-through technologies and improvements. He integrates pharmaceutical, chemical, supply chain/ logistics, business process re-engineering, Total Quality Management, and supplier partnership initiatives together to develop a very distinct, effective and sustainable cold chain management practice. He also invented and implemented various breakthrough cold chain technologies in packing quality and logistics process. His unique integrated approach on cold-chain management helps Sanofi Pasteur Ltd. achieved close-to-zero deviation performance for years.
Sherman is also a frequent speaker and professional trainer in many world-scale cold-chain related conferences in various countries. He also provides cold-chain and supply chain consulting services to many renounced corporations (airlines, carriers, freight forwarder, pharmaceutical company and government) in improving their cold-chain management knowledge and capability.
Sherman was the Senior Supply Chain Management Director of Sanofi Pasteur Ltd. from 2003 to December 2011. Before that, he also worked for many other multi-national corporations in various geographic areas, such as Dow Chemical Company, Union Carbide, Maersk/Sea-Land.
